Your Role as a Social Media Manager
As our Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand’s presence online and drive customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies that align with Amazon’s brand objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance engagement and reach.
- Coordinate with product and marketing teams to promote new initiatives, product launches, and special events.

- Foster relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand Amazon's reach and impact.
- Train and mentor junior social media staff in best practices and emerging social media technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with a keen eye for engaging content.
- Proven ability to develop creative and innovative social media campaigns.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster a positive workplace culture.
